Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge wasn’t a happy bunny on Saturday, as seen in the image below of him sitting on the bench during the win over West Bromwich Albion.
The England international was an unused substitute in the 2-1 victory for Jurgen Klopp’s side, with Divock Origi getting on the pitch ahead of him.
It was a familiar sight though as supporters will remember his look of disgust away at Tottenham earlier in the season after the Belgian forward was brought on before him.
Sturridge failed to impress in the goalless draw with Manchester United on Monday night and it now remains to be seen how long he will have to wait before he gets another opportunity to lead the Liverpool line.
The 27-year-old has made eight appearances in all competitions so far this season, scoring two goals and providing two assists, with both goals coming in an EFL Cup outing.
