It may come as a surprise to some, but Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has a sense of humour as he afforded himself a little chuckle on Friday.
The Portuguese tactician was in the middle of his pre-match press conference when he was interrupted by a ringing phone on his table.
Having answered it to discover who it was, the United manager kindly enquired who the phone belonged to before passing it on to the red-faced journalist from talkSPORT.

Fortunately for Dominic McGuinness and ‘Abs’ aka producer Abi Paterson, Mourinho took it well and laughed it off before continuing with his questions.
It’s probably worth mentioning that the fact that his side are on a nine-game winning streak in all competitions probably helped their cause, otherwise an angry Mourinho would certainly have reacted in a completely different manner.
Nevertheless, it was happy Jose on Friday and I think we all prefer this version of the ‘Special One’.
