Juventus are back player-hunting ad this time they are looking towards Eastern Europe. Goal.com reports that the Old Lady are trying to lure a young blood to Turin.
The young heart in question is FC Brno’s Lubos Kalouda, a star of the Under 20 World Cup in Canada last summer. Kalouda has been sending ripples across in his native Czech Republic with Brno and Juve are all too eager to sign the player.
The majority shareholder in the Czech club Roman Pros says:
We have announced our requirements to Juventus but so far there has been no specific offer. After we sold [Mario] Holek, we don’t need to sell other players. We would sell Kalouda only if the offer was very lucrative.
Kalouda is soon to become a full Czech international soon as international call-ups have been confirmed and Juventus would be doing a good thing in investing in the player who will certainly need time to gain full maturity and develop.
