Steve Finnan is something of an unsung hero outside Merseyside. The 32-year-old Irishman seems to be a target of his old employers and will Rafa stand in the way of the full-back?

I think its fair to say that Liverpool have got their money’s worth out of Finnan, after nearly five years following his £3.5m move from Craven Cottage (and 199 starts), maybe it’s the right time for the Limerick man to start a new challenge. Do Liverpool fans think that the time is ripe for the right-back to leave? Or should Rafa keep hold of the ever-reliable player?
