Redknapp means business!
Spurs midfielder Jermaine Jenas is a £6million target for Aston Villa.
Villa boss Martin O’Neill wants the England star, 26, who looks set to be on his way out of Tottenham this summer.
Manager Harry Redknapp is prepared to let Jenas go as part of a major clearout at Spurs along with goalkeeper Huerelho Gomes, David Bentley, Roman Pavlyuchenko, Darren Bent and Didier Zokora.

I know that Jermaine Jenas has his detractors at White Hart Lane citing bouts of bad form and frequent showings that make you wonder if he was even on the pitch but surely he is worth a lot more than the figure stated by this source?
On his day he can be a very combative player who when he gets his mind in the right place can shape a game with a well constructed pass or a long range finish. Harry Redknapp appears to want to let a lot of players leave this summer so that he can re-jig the squad he inherited last season. I think the Spurs boss would do well to hold on to the former Newcastle man though as he goes about his summer clear-out.
Whilst the 26 year old is still not the player who was something of an England regular towards the end of his St James’ Park spell, the midfielder still has a lot to offer and shouldn’t be sold simply to generate funds.
