Belgian striker focused on finishing season with West Brom.
Romelu Lukaku remained coy when asked about whether he would be returning to Chelsea at the end of the season according to Sky Sports.
The Belgian striker is currently on loan at West Brom where he has been putting in some impressive performances for the Black Country club.
Lukaku is currently West Brom’s top scorer having netted 13 goals in 25 games and no teenager has scored as many goals in the Premier League as the youngster since Michael Owen.
The player’s performances provide a stark contrast with the fortunes of Chelsea’s misfiring striker Fernando Torres, with many of the club’s fans hoping Lukaku takes the Spaniard’s place in the starting line-up next season.
But Lukaku was giving nothing away when asked what his intentions were come the end of the season.
The player insisted he is fully focused on finishing the season with West Brom and will not give any thought to his future until the season has finished.
West Brom are thought to be keen to retain the services of Lukaku and are considering approaching Chelsea about the possibility of a second season-long loan spell.
They are unlikely to be the only club interested in the player’s services however with Tottenham also thought to be monitoring the player’s availability.
