Spanish midfielder keen to secure a move to a top club.
Chelsea and Manchester City have been alerted to the news that Real Betis’ Benat is looking for a move away from the club according to ESPN.
The player has been in fine form for Betis this season and has been an integral part of the team that has seen them firmly establish themselves in the top half of the La Liga table.
But Benat’s agent has come out and suggested the player’s time with the club might be coming to an end.
Benat is reportedly looking for a summer move as he looks to improve his chances at international level.
Benat made his international debut for Spain last summer but has since slipped out of Spain boss Vicente Del Bosque’s plans.
The midfielder is keen to return to the international fold as he looks to book his place in the Span squad for next summer’s World Cup finals tournament in Brazil.
Benat’s agent insisted the player would not be looking to see out his contract, which expires at the end of next season, but instead would be looking to secure a move in the coming months.
A number of clubs are set to battle it out for the player’s signature with AC Milan and Bayern Munich thought to be ready to rival Premier League clubs for Benat’s services.
