Brazil international could be set for move to Stamford Bridge.
Incoming Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is considering a move for Zenit St Petersburg star Hulk when he returns to the club as manager this summer, according to the Daily Mirror.
The 26-year-old has been a target for Chelsea before, and nearly signed from former club Porto before opting for a move to Russia.
However, he could now be set for a move to Stamford Bridge, as Mourinho has drawn up a six-player summer wish list for Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich.
Hulk’s former Porto team-mate Radamel Falcao is high on the list, though with the Atletico Madrid striker attracting a flurry of offers from the likes of Manchester City, Real Madrid and Monaco, Mourinho may decide to move for Hulk as a second option.
The Brazilian has 11 goals and 8 assists this season in the Russian league, and looks made for Premier League football, fitting in particularly well with Chelsea’s style of play.
Malaga’s Isco and Everton’s Marouane Fellaini are also on Mourinho’s radar, as is Porto youngster Eliquim Mangala, a 22-year-old French defender.
It is said that Mourinho will have around £100million to spend on these players when he leaves current club Real Madrid at the end of the season.
