The return of Jose Mourinho to Stamford Bridge has of course led to a great deal of speculation as to the talents he will look to sign this summer but in order to make way for new additions the Chelsea boss seems determined to sell those he feels he can do without.

The Daily Star believe that the 50 year old Portuguese boss is keen to see just how well Romelu Lukaku has matured following his successful loan spell at West Brom, however a trio of attackers are not so likely to receive the chance to prove themselves.

Mourinho is ready to offload Fernando Torres, a player who hasn’t even come near to justifying his £50m price-tag, so keen are the Stamford Bridge side to sell the Spaniard that they are willing to accept as little as £18m for the 29 year old, who scored just eight Premier League goals in 36 appearances last season.

The ‘Special One’ will then look to sell Demba Ba, who only arrived at the West London club in January. West Ham are said to be interested in re-signing the Senegal international but may be reluctant to do so on a permanent basis, though this could depend on just how much Chelsea are looking to sell the former Newcastle United striker for.

Victor Moses has hardly set the world alight since his move to Chelsea last summer and is another on the list of outgoing attackers as Mourinho looks to make room in his squad.

The arrival of adaptable German Andre Schurrle is sure to spark a flurry of subsequent captures with Mourinho said to be keen on conducting the bulk of his buying before the end of the month as he wants his squad put together in time for July 8th, when he sets about starting his pre-season preparations.
