Brazilian set to join fellow Chelsea starlets in the Eredivise.
Young Chelsea midfielder Lucas Piazon will follow his teammates Patrick Van Arnholt and Gael Kakuta to Vitesse Arnhem where they will all spend the season on loan, talkSPORT reports.
The Premier League giants already have a strong relationship with the Dutch side after sending a number of young players out on loan there last season and this summer saw midfielder Marco van Ginkel make the move in the opposite direction and join the Stamford Bridge outfit.
The 19-year-old is highly rated by the club, though they still think he is too raw to be thrust into the first team to displace any of the more senior members of the squad and spent the second part of last season on loan with Spanish side Malaga where he went on to make 14 appearances overall.
He arrived at Chelsea in 2012 and made just one appearance in the Premier League, which was during the 8-0 thrashing of Aston Villa. He endured mixed fortunes, however, after coming on to lay on an assist for compatriot Ramires before seeing a penalty saved by Brad Guzan late on.
And the attacking midfielder, who can play in the middle or out wide, is expected to complete his loan switch to Vitesse in the coming weeks.
