Serie A giants Juventus are hoping to be able to take advantage of Chelsea front man Romelu Lukaku’s apparent current unhappiness with the west London club by luring the in-form Belgium to Turin at the end of this campaign, according to reports in the Sunday Mirror.

The prolific striker is currently spending a season-long loan spell with high-flying Premier League outfit Everton, who Lukaku moved to in the final hours on transfer deadline day last September.

And since joining the Merseyside outfit, the powerful Belgium international has been in red-hot form in front of goal, registering an impressive eight goals and two assists in total in his 12 Premier League matches for the Toffees.

As a result, it is understood that the ‘Old Lady of Italian Football’ are now said to be pondering making their own move for 20-year-old, whose loan switch to Everton will come to an end at the climax to this current campaign.

And with Lukaku and his head coach at Stamford Bridge, Jose Mourinho, not apparently seeing eye to eye at present, with both men having exchanged words in public of late, it is thought that Juve now feel they have an excellent chance of landing the player next summer.
