Juve coach Antonio Conte is set to make a number of changes to his squad this summer and wants to move players such as Mirko Vucinic and Fabio Quagliarella on to new pastures as they have fallen out of favour at the club this season.

The Turin giants are also unsure as to whether they will be keeping hold of Southampton loanee Dani Osvaldo beyond his short term deal and it has now emerged that they are looking towards west London in order to help boost their firepower ahead of the new campaign later in the year.

Conte could consider a move for Fernando Torres, who has still yet to live up to his huge transfer fee that the Blues paid for him, and may offer him an escape route out of England.

However, he may also decide to plump for Romelu Lukaku, who has so ar failed to establish himself at Stamford Bridge and has instead been loaned out twice in successive seasons.
