The Nou Camp side are willing to offer in-form striker Alexis Sanchez in a player plus cash bid for Uruguayan international Suarez, though such a move is sure to be turned down by a Liverpool side who have only just tied down the 27 year old to a new long term contract.
That said, Sanchez has been excellent this term, outscoring stars Lionel Messi and Neymar, netting 15 goals in 18 La Liga starts this season.
The Chilean has more then held his own among esteemed company after a tricky first two seasons at the Catalan club.
Suarez has also been in fine form this term, scoring 23 goals in Premier League action alone, forming an unstoppable partnership with Daniel Sturridge.
The former Ajax man secured a new contract in recent weeks that saw him become the highest earning in the history of the club, with Liverpool said to be paying Suarez as much as £200k a week. Any move away from the Merseyside club this summer seems unlikely, especially if Brendan Rodgers manages to secure a top four finish.
