The rumours of late have suggested that Liverpool head coach Brendan Rodgers has now joined the race to land the hugely talented England international, despite the likes of mega-rich Premier League rivals Chelsea and Manchester United both also known to be keen on landing the 18-year-old too.
However, the Northern Irishman is said to be confident of persuading the attacking full back that Anfield should be his next port of call, although the Reds know that they will need to stump up £30m in order to sign the starlet this summer, especially with Shaw currently contracted to St Mary’s until June 2018.
