Blues intend to use the proceeds from the Belgium’s sale to land either Diego Costa or Edinson Cavani.

The brilliant Belgium international is currently spending a season-long loan deal with Premier League rivals Everton, although the player is still expected to return to Stamford Bridge when that comes to an end this summer.
But the west London club’s head coach Jose Mourinho is not thought to be keen to keep hold of the striker next season, with the Special One instead set to offload Lukaku to the highest bidder as soon as the summer transfer window reopens again for business on July 1.
And the Blues are understood to be seeking a transfer fee somewhere in the region of the £24m mark for the 20-year-old, who has a contract in west London that runs until 2016, with the likes of Tottenham Hotspur, Everton, Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen all understood to be interested in signing the Belgium next season.
