The Englishman will command a heightened price-tag, which could grow even further if he impresses at the World Cup. Lallana has proven this term though that he has the ability to play at the highest level. He’s fearless, and enjoys taking players on, which his exceptional technical ability allows him to do. The 25-year-old can also see a pass, and slide in teammates ahead of him. Rodgers might just see him as the long-term Steven Gerrard replacement, although his versatility means he can play further forward as well.
