Chelsea are set to turn their attentions towards in-demand Sevilla left-back Alberto Moreno as a replacement for the departing Ashley Cole at Stamford Bridge next season, according to reports in the Daily Express.

The west London club have already decided not to offer experienced England international Cole a new deal to extend his stay in the capital beyond the end of this campaign.
Cole’s current deal with the Blues runs out at the end of June and the 33-year-old is expected to join either rivals Liverpool or Major League Soccer franchise the New York Red Bulls on a lucrative Bosman free transfer next season.
And the man that Chelsea head coach Jose Mourinho is said to be lining up to take over from Cole on the left-hand side of his back four when the summer transfer window opens is Sevilla’s highly rated young Spain international.
Premier League champions Manchester United have also been heavily linked with the 21-year-old in the past, however, with the Red Devils now set to sign Southampton left-back Luke Shaw instead in a deal worth £30m, the way is clear for Mou to get his man.
