The shaggy-haired Brazil international’s birthday was actually on Tuesday, however, the player and the rest of his Blues team-mates were taking part in the first leg of the Uefa Champions League semi-final with Atletico Madrid at the Vicente Calderon that evening.
And so Luiz waited until the next day to go out with his compatriots Heurelho Gomes, Paulinho, Oscar, Ramires and Willian.
