The self-styled Special One has just ended his second successive campaign without winning a trophy for the first time since the Portuguese became a manager 12 years ago.

However, Mourinho would still like to be managing the west London club in a decade.

“Still coaching a big team, I would love to say Chelsea but I understand modern football. 10 years is a long time,” said the Chelsea boss when asked where he saw himself being in 10 years’ time during a Twitter Q&A session with Yahoo Sports on Friday.

Mourinho, 51, is one of the most successful coaches of the modern era, with the former Inter Milan and Real Madrid boss having won league titles in every league in which he has coached in, including the likes of Portugal, England, Italy and Spain, while he has also won the Uefa Champions League with two different clubs, Porto and Inter.
