Full back will be available on a free transfer as of July 1.
Departing Chelsea left-back Ashley Cole will shortly weigh up offers from as many as eight different clubs before deciding where he will pay his football next season, according to reports in the Guardian.
The experienced former England international announced on his Twitter page on Monday night that he would be leaving the west London club after eight years at Stamford Bridge when his Blues contract expires at the end of June.
“Thank u Chelsea FC for making my 8 years there a pleasure to work all the staff and players, we’ve been through a lot, good and bad,” said Cole. “And of course the fans, how do I start, I can only say thank u for giving the boys confidence to win some amazing trophies – And now I’ll be looking for another journey in my life hope it can be like my others full of fun and of course WIN something.”
And now it is understood that the 33-year-old will ponder what his options are when he returns from a holiday in Los Angeles next week, with the full back said to currently have eight offers to consider from Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain, AS Monaco, the New York Red Bulls and the La Galaxy.
