The west London club allowed their coveted Brazil international to move to the Parc des Princes on Friday, and now the self-styled Special One is said to be determined to reinvest that cash as soon as possible, with the Blues targeting three possible new recruits.
And those players are believed to be Tottenham Hotspur’s Paulinho, Juventus’ Paul Pogba or Atletico Madrid’s Koke, with Mourinho jetting off to the Portuguese capital on Saturday to watch the latter in action first hand against Real Madrid in the Uefa Champions League final.
Meanwhile, the north London club’s Brazil international, who only moved to White Hart Lane at the beginning of last season, has been heavily linked in the recent past with a switch across the capital this summer, although the player himself has always denied the rumours.
However, it is the Juve playmaker who Chelsea have perhaps the best chance of landing, with the Serie A champions understood to be willing to sell the France international for the right price.
