The Parisians are currently on the verge of tying up a whopping £50m deal for Chelsea centre back cum holding holding midfielder David Luiz, which if completed successfully would represent a world-record transfer for a defender.
However, it now seems as though PSG are not intent on stopping there this summer, with head coach Laurent Blanc said to now be targeting the north London club’s France international for a summer switch to the Parc des Princes.
The Ligue 1 giants are on the look out for a new shot stopper, although Blanc knows that he will face stiff competition for the 27-year-old’s signature from the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid and AS Monaco.
Meanwhile, Spurs themselves are also understood to be preparing a new bumper deal for Lloris to try to persuade the player to remain at White Hart Lane next season, although if that move fails the club are believed to be seeking a fee of £2om for the keeper.
