Chelsea target not happy with current club.
The Colombian international has established himself as one of the best strikers in the world in recent years, and first attracted strong interest from Stamford Bridge during his time with Atletico Madrid, whom he left for a £51m switch to Monaco just last summer.
The talented goal-poacher was one of numerous big-money signings by the ambitious Ligue 1 side, but it is now thought that he is looking for a quick exit from the club after an unhappy season halted by injury.
Falcao will miss the chance to play at this summer’s World Cup after picking up a knee injury in a cup game, which he allegedly feels was poorly handled by the club and by then-manager Claudio Ranieri.
The likes of Manchester City and Real Madrid have also been linked with the 28-year-old in the past, but Chelsea may still be in the hunt for new forward players this summer despite edging closer to a £32m deal for Atletico Madrid star Diego Costa.
