The 23 year old Nigerian failed to impress during his season long loan spell at Liverpool last term and is almost certainly surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge and a move to join the Baggies may well help to re-ignite his flagging career.
West Brom hope to complete a deal to sign the former Crystal Palace and Wigan Athletic man, with a loan move looking most likely.
Chelsea paid £9m for Moses though may well listen to offers below that as Jose Mourinho clearly has little need to retain the services of the wide-man.
Moses was involved in World Cup action over the summer and is perhaps reticent about returning to west London given he may not even warrant a spot on Chelsea’s bench.
In his first season at Chelsea Moses netted 10 goals in 43 appearances, most of which were from the bench but managed just two goals in 22 matches at Liverpool last term.
