England fans were unimpressed with England’s 1-0 win…

England fans were distinctly underwhelmed by their teams performance against Norway on Wednesday evening. Wayne Rooney scored the only goal in the 1-0 win, but that did not stop the new England captain being at the forefront of the supports criticism.
James Milner was also cruelly mocked for his one very stray cross-field pass, while there was praise for Raheem Sterling and Arsenal’s new £16m signing Danny Welbeck. However, the overall feeling was one of negativity ahead of the start of England’s Euro 2016 qualifying campaign, which begins on Monday in Switzerland.
