United eye surprise move for Blues stalwart.
Manchester United are keeping an eye on Petr Cech’s situation at Chelsea as rumours persist that Real Madrid want to sign David de Gea, according to the Daily Express.

The Red Devils could be set to lose their Spanish shot-stopper to Madrid in a £24m deal if recent reports are to be believed, and the club are said to be considering the sale if Cech is available.
United would no doubt need a top class replacement for the in-form de Gea if he were to leave for the Bernabeu, and with Chelsea finding no place for Cech in their starting lineup this season, he could be an ideal signing.
The experienced Czech Republic international has been linked with several clubs since falling down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge, with Belgian youngster Thibaut Courtois taking his starting spot this season after a fine run of form in a three-year loan spell at Atletico Madrid.
Cech will no doubt be unhappy at dropping to the bench after a long career as Chelsea’s number one, during which time he has shown himself to be among the best players in the world in his position, helping the Blues to no end of success on the pitch.
