The Blues boss made over £120m from the sales of Kevin de Bruyne, Juan Mata, David Luiz and Romelu Lukaku, a quartet of players he deemed surplus to requirements and owner Roman Abramovich may feel that Mourinho should look to finance moves in January and next summer from the further sales.
