San Siro side chase Stamford Bridge bit-part player.
Inter Milan are readying a move to sign Chelsea winger Mohamed Salah according to the Daily Express.
The Egyptian arrived at Stamford Bridge in January but has been, unsurprisingly, little more than a bit-part player under Jose Mourinho and could perhaps be considering his options.
Inter Milan axed Walter Mazzari and have welcomed back Roberto Mancini for a second stint in charge of the San iro side and will look to lure Salah to Serie A.
Chelsea paid FC Basel £11m for Salah and would presumably consider decent offers for the wide-man given that the 22 year old appears surplus to requirements at the west London outfit.
Mourinho has done well to bring in big sums for players he doesn’t appear to rate highly and may well feel Salah is a player he can afford to cash-in on.
Chelsea banked over £100m from the sales of David Luiz, Juan Mata and Romelu Lukaku alone and a fee in the same region as the Premier League side paid for Salah may suffice.
