Chelsea have been told to fork out £12m if they wish to sign highly rated Brazilian Lucas Silva according to the Daily Express.

The 21 year old midfielder has impressed many watching scouts and agent Luiz Rocha certainly appears to be keen on securing a move for his client, stating;
“Will he leave in January? It’s possible he may go during the winter market, but it all depends on the offers that will be presented.
He added: “For Lucas, he does not have a club he prefers, he’s only interested in a good proposal for his career and to do this there must be a very good offer.
“Inter are interested, but I do not know if they have the money to support this transfer.
“We are talking no less than €15m (£12m), and that’s not even what the president of Cruzeiro has said he’d accept.”
A move to Chelsea could well tempt Silva, not least as fellow countrymen Ramires, Oscar and Willian are key members of Jose Mourinho’s first team set-up.
