Chelsea are preparing to use Brazilian midfielder Ramires as bait to convince Serie A giants Juventus to give them first access to lure Paul Pogba to Stamford Bridge, according to the Daily Express.

Arsenal joined Manchester City in the race for Pogba last week, with reports suggesting that Arsene Wenger was lining up a £40m raid for the France international.
But Chelsea are said to be eager to trump their Premier League rivals in the race for his signature, and will use Ramires as a makeweight after learning that Juve have expressed an interest in the Brazil international.
Pogba only penned a new deal with the Serie A champions a few months ago, but Chelsea believe that he will be available at the right price.
There had been reports claiming that Juve were targeting a move for PSG youngster Marco Verratti should Pogba move on, but Chelsea’s offer of Ramires could convince them to think otherwise.
It now remains to be seen if Chelsea and Juventus can agree a valuation for Pogba.
