The prolific front man has scored 27 goals in 26 games this season, and looks set to eclipse last year’s tally of 30 goals in 41 matches.
A number of top clubs have been monitoring the young forward, but it looks as though Chelsea are leading the race for his signature.
Premier League strugglers Leicester City have already seen a bid turned down, with Kramaric unwilling to sign for a team on the brink of relegation.
A Chelsea representative was in Croatia recently, discussing a January transfer with the player’s father and agent.
If the deal does go through this winter, then Kramaric may be left at his current club until the end of the season. With the likes of Diego Costa, Didier Drogba, and Loic Remy he may struggle for first team football at Stamford Bridge, and would surely see himself loaned out anyway.
