The Red Devils are supposedly ready to make a huge offer for the Frenchman, who had a spell at Old Trafford earlier in his career before moving on to gain first-team football.
Pogba’s career has really taken off since his move to Juventus, and he is now regarded as one of the most exciting young players in the world, and may command a fee close to £78m.
The 21-year-old is a supberly skillful central midfield player, capable of doing the defensive work as well as bombing forward to great effect, and would be another exciting signing in the big-spending reign of Louis van Gaal.
After bringing in the likes of Angel Di Maria and Radamel Falcao this summer, Bale had been the latest ‘Galactico’-style name linked with United, but with the Welshman happy at the Bernabeu, Pogba now seems to be the top target.
