The 21-year-old has been hugely impressive this season, scoring seven goals and assisting six more. His excellent form has caught the attention of a number of top European clubs, with Premier League duo Arsenal and Manchester City apparently leading the chase.
Dubbed the new Sergio Aguero, the hype surrounding the player has been steadily growing in recent months. His current side Palermo would obviously be disappointed to lose him, but the €40m fee being touted may soften the blow somewhat.
It is unlikely that Arsenal, or even Manchester City, will be willing to pay that much for a player so young who is relatively unproven. If the Serie A side can get even close to that however, they will surely be happy.
Despite bringing Danny Welbeck to the club on deadline day last summer, Arsenal are still lacking a truly prolific forward; something Dybala looks capable of becoming.
