Parc des Princes teenager set for White Hart Lane switch.
Tottenham have reportedly agreed a deal to sign PSG youngster Adrien Rabiot on a six month loan deal according to Goal.com.
The 19 year old midfielder was also the subject of interest from AS Roma but will seemingly move to White Hart Lane on an initial loan deal.
The teenager had looked likely to leave the Parc des Princes on a permanent basis but recently signed a new contract with the Ligue 1 side though this may have been merely a move to prevent such a talented player leaving on the cheap as his previous deal had been set to expire at the end of the current campaign.
The rangy midfielder will offer Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino a fresh option in the centre of the park with the Argentine manager barely using the likes of Paulinho and Moussa Dembele and showing faith instead in youngsters Nabil Bentaleb and Ryan Mason as well as Etienne Capoue.
Rabiot is considered a very bright young talent though his chances of making a name for himself at PSG are hamstrung by the sheer weight of top quality performers ahead of him in Laurent Blanc’s pecking order.
