Spanish giants plan to make changes in midfield.
Real Madrid could be ready to offload one attacking midfielder for another as they prepare to sell Croatian playmaker Luka Modric to help fund their bid for Chelsea’s Eden Hazard, according to Le 10 Sport.

Chelsea transfer news
The Spanish giants are known for luring some of the biggest names in world football to the Bernabeu, and have been linked with Hazard on a number of occasions in the past after his superb form for the Blues in the Premier League.
Real now face some uncertainty over the future of key player Modric, whose wife is supposedly unhappy with life in Spain and looking for a move away, which could force the European champions to consider selling the former Tottenham Hotspur man.
This would help them fund a move for Hazard, whom agent Francois Gallardo estimates could cost around £38m, though it could end up taking more than that to convince Chelsea to sell such an important player.
The Belgian international moved to Stamford Bridge for around £32m in 2012 and his reputation has only risen since then with his fine displays in England.
