Liverpool and Manchester City are also meant to be interested…
Borussia Dortmund, FC Twente, and Feyenoord have all offered contracts to Arsenal youngster Chuba Akpom, according to the Telegraph.
The 19-year-old’s contract ends in the summer, so clubs are now allowed to offer deals to the striker. The Gunners have also offered a deal of their own to the player, but he wants to be guaranteed first team football before he signs for anyone. His own development as a player will take priority in any contract decision.
It is clear that the forward will find it hard to get in to the side at the Gunners with Alexis Sanchez, Olivier Giroud and Danny Welbeck all ahead of him in the pecking order. Premier League sides Everton, Liverpool, Tottenham, and Manchester City are also supposed to be interested in his signature, but none of them have submitted a contract as of yet.
The Englishman has made four appearances for the North London club this season, all from the bench.
