Lazio took the lead with just five minutes gone after a perfectly placed volley from Argentinian international Lucas Biglia from the edge of the box.
Man of the match Antonio Candreva made it two from the penalty spot after Felipe Anderson was tripped after showing incredibly quick feet in the box.
Veteran German striker Miroslav Klose added a third with fifteen minutes remaining, scoring a trademark back post header after some great work from Candreva out wide.
Klose made it four in the final few minutes, stabbing home the ball after a quick reflex save from Fiorentina keeper Neto.
