Coutinho is on a six-man list for the players’ award and faces competition from Harry Kane, who won the award for January, Dame N’Doye from Hull, Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil, West Brom ‘keeper Ben Foster and former Liverpool youngster Jonjo Shelvey.
The winners will be announced on Friday.
