Chelsea captain John Terry has posted a picture proving that he has been a Blue since he was a small child.
Now hailed as ‘captain, leader, legend’ in a banner by his adoring fans, the centre-back has gone on to play over 650 times for his boyhood club. He has been incredibly successful with the Stamford Bridge outfit, winning the Premier League three times, the FA Cup on five occasions, a trio of League Cups, and a Champions League. They also won the Europa League with him at the helm in 2013.
The Blues skipper will now be hoping that he will be getting another trophy for the club in the shape of the Premier League. Chelsea are currently six points clear in first place, with a game in hand on Manchester City in second.
How often do local boys go on to do that?
