The Brazilian has been in good form for the Serie A side this season, making 31 appearances and scoring twice as his side have struggled in mid-table of the Italian top flight. The 24-year-old only joined the side in 2012 for just £2 million, and has made over 90 appearances since.

However good he is though it would be unlikely that the Blues would sign him to go straight in to their first team. Cesc Fabregas and Nemanja Matic have formed a strong partnership at the base of the midfield, and it would be a big call from manager Jose Mourinho to break them up when they have done so well.

It is also not a sure thing that the Stamford Bridge outfit would be able to sign Allan with competition from several big European clubs making it more difficult, even though the player is expected to leave the Bianconeri according to the article.
