The 22-year-old only made his debut for the Cottagers this season, and has gone on to play 43 times in all competitions in the campaign. The youngster also made his first ever England Under 21’s appearance against the Czech Republic last month. His father is Vic Bettinelli, who is the academy goalkeeping coach for Fulham and also coaches Mourinho’s son Jose Mario.

Chelsea are on the lookout for a new backup stopper for Thibaut Courtois as club stalwart Petr Cech looks likely to leave the side in the summer. Although playing in cup competitions, the 32-year-old has only made five Premier League appearances. For a player who is still at the top of his game this is nowhere near enough.

PSG are the favourites to sign the veteran in the next transfer window, according to the Mail.
