Chelsea captain John Terry scored against Leicester City on Wednesday to help the Blues to a 3-1 victory and also make himself the joint highest scoring defender ever in the Premier League.
The former England international now needs just one goal to hold the title himself. The 34-year-old has had fifteen seasons to rack up his goals, and with only one other current player in the top five could well be the record holder for some time.
