Malaga now hope to be able to retain Mexican Guillermo Ochoa after rumours about a possible departure of the Cameroonian first choice Carlos Kameni emerged.
The departure of Kameni will translate in more money for the club and they seem to be very interested in concreting the sale of the Cameroonian.

As reported by El Desmarque, Ochoa has expressed his discontent with Malage boss Javi Garcia, and has said several times that he wants to leave the club due to his limited playing time.
Since Ochoa’s arrival to Malaga in August 2014 he has made no appearances in the league and only one in the Copa del Rey, when Malaga drew 1-1 against Deportivo la Coruña.
Some of the European clubs that have shown interest in Ochoa include Liverpool, the Turkish side Besiktas, the Greek champions Olympiacos, and most recently Valencia from Spain.
Ochoa is Mexico’s national team first-choice goalkeeper and started his career with Club America in 2004. He later moved to Ajaccio in 2011 and to Malaga in 2014.
