Chelsea 2014/15 player ratings: New signing gets 9/10 along with Eden Hazard & John Terry

Posted by

John Terry – Back to his very best this season, club captain John Terry was undoubtedly one of Chelsea’s best players as he played every single minute of their title-winning campaign, as well as scoring the opener against Tottenham in the League Cup final win. 9/10.

Gary Cahill – One or two bad games, but otherwise very solid again from Chelsea defender Gary Cahill, who has now won all there is to win in the game in his short time at Stamford Bridge. 8/10.

Kurt Zouma – Not used that often, but the French youngster put in some solid performances in defence when called upon, particularly in a big game against Manchester City. Definitely one for the future. 6.5/10.

John Obi Mikel – The reliable Nigerian is becoming increasingly on the fringes of the first-team at Chelsea, and didn’t play enough to show how solid he can be at his best. 5.5/10.

Ramires – Another midfielder increasingly out of favour this season, Brazilian battler Ramires did not have his best campaign, but is a good player to have as a backup. 6.5/10.
