4) Luis Enrique (Barcelona)
It’s early days for Luis Enrique at the top level, but after impressing at Celta Vigo, the Spaniard got the big job at his old club Barcelona and has turned the club around with an amazing treble in his first season, matching the achievement of Pep Guardiola back in 2008/09.
3) Diego Simeone (Atletico Madrid)
Taking minnows Atletico Madrid to the title last season, as well as to the Champions League final, Diego Simeone has helped the club punch well above its weight with his amazing tactical and man-management skills. Undoubtedly a future great, it will be fascinating to see where the Argentine goes next.
