Ramos has two years remaining on his current deal at the Santiago Bernabeu could be used as makeweight in a deal to bring long-time Los Blancos target De Gea to the club this summer.
There is a possibility that Ramos could still commit his future to Madrid and is using United’s interest to secure a better deal at the club, however, that has not stopped a number of Red Devils supporters from getting excited at the prospect of Ramos making a shock switch to Old Trafford this summer.

players like Ramos/Schweinsteiger are exactly what we need, experienced winners with drive and influence on a team. more than just players.

I don’t think that Ramos is a realistic signing. I want him at United but I can’t see him leaving Madrid now, despite all the rumours.

If we sign Sergio Ramos, he will be our greatest signing under the Van Gaal era so far. #MUFC

If Woodward was to pull off deals for Schweinsteiger & Ramos we’ll have to name a street after him.
