Man United to offer Sergio Ramos massive £260k a week contract

Man United are set to offer Sergio Ramos a massive contract in the hopes of luring the Real Madrid man to Old Trafford according to the Daily Express.

The 29-year-old is said to be unhappy at the Bernabeu and some reports suggest the experienced defender has fallen out with the club’s top brass, leading to speculation of a move to Man United.

Louis van Gaal is keen to strengthen his shaky defence and Ramos would offer a significant improvement on the likes of Chris Smalling and Phil Jones.

Man United are willing to offer as much as £260k a week to convince Ramos to quit Real Madrid, a contract that would see the former Sevilla man reach parity with the club’s top earner, captain Wayne Rooney.
