Arsenal are ready to sign two players to create a new-look strike force ahead of the new season.
First up the Gunners are after Juventus star Fernando Llorente, with the player available for £11 million. His agent has even been in London to negotiate a move with the North London club [Metro], which could point to a move being close to becoming reality.
The 30-year-old managed a paltry eight goals in 36 appearances last season, but there is more to his game than goalscoring. His ability to hold the ball up and bring others in to play makes him perfect for Arsene Wenger’s style of play, and makes him very similar to Olivier Giroud.
