Chelsea and Juventus agree fee for international winger transfer

Juventus look set to complete the permanent deal to sign Chelsea’s out of favour winger Juan Cuadrado during the January transfer window, according to the Metro.

The Colombian international joined the Serie A champions on a season-long loan deal back in the summer, and Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport claim that he will complete a £16.2m to join Juve permanently.

Cuadrado only joined The Blues back in January, but has made just four appearances for Jose Mourinho’s men during that time.

Having moved to Juve in the summer, the Serie A giants had the option to sign him for £18.3m, though they look to have brought that down by £2.1m.

The 27-year-old made a name for himself with fellow Serie A side Fiorentina, and further enhanced his reputation with a series of stunning performances at the 2014 World Cup.
