Real Madrid are reportedly willing to cough up an amazing £100million in order to prize Eden Hazard away from Chelsea this summer, according to the Daily Star.
New Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane is a known admirer of the Belgian international, and now the Star claims that he is willing to pay a world record fee in order to bring him to Spain.
Hazard has been woefully short of his best form so far this season, and has yet to register a single goal as the Blues continue to struggle near the foot of the table.
But that hasn’t stopped Zidane from pursuing his interest in the player, and has identified the 24-year-old as the ideal replacement for either Gareth Bale or Cristiano Ronaldo, who have both recently been linked with moves away from the club.
However, reports earlier today have suggested that Chelsea would be willing to part with Hazard providing they send Gareth Bale the other way.
